Hotel

Attendees are responsible for their own hotel and travel. If you will be staying overnight Wednesday or Thursday for the conference, please contact the Grandover to make reservations. Call 800.472.6301and request the 'Carolina Advanced Digital' group rate of $169/night.

Cost & Billing

The Conference is FREE (including all sessions, keynotes and workshops). If you're playing in the Hot Topics Golf Tourney, there is a $50 registration fee, which may be paid personally, or by invoicing your company. You are responsible for any travel and hotel arrangements- we have a block of rooms reserved at a special rate.

Conference: Free
Hotel (Optional): $169/night, call Grandover for Reservations
Golf  (Optional): $50/person, tourney registration
